Returns and refunds

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our pieces, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.

Please note that handmade pieces may have slight variations, which make each item unique.
